SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
September 22, 2022
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
To the voters of Kennebunkport: You are hereby notified that the Special Town Meeting of this municipality will be held at the Village Fire Station, 32 North Street, in said Town on Thursday, the 22nd day of September, AD 2022, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of acting on Articles numbered 1 and 2 as set forth in the Town Warrant.
ARTICLE 1. is to choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting. Article 2 is briefly described as follows:
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to execute a 20-year first priority mortgage lien on the Cape Porpoise Pier property (York County Registry of Deeds Book 3122, Page 6) in favor of the federal Economic Development Administration as required for the Cape Porpoise Pier reconstruction project?
An attested copy of the Warrant is posted at the Town Office, 6 Elm Street.
