The Kennebunkport Police Department is committed to fully investigating reports of domestic violence, arresting the perpetrator and ensuring proper criminal prosecution. The ultimate goal is ensuring victims are safe and the cycle of violence is broken.

Victims may apply for a Temporary Protection from Abuse Order free of charge at any of the York County District Courts.
