Public Health Staff Nurse
The Town of Kennebunkport is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in its Public Health Department providing nursing care for residents and visitors while implementing community outreach programs that promote the public health.
Desirable candidates will have a passion for public service and public health, have experience in home nursing, maintain flexibility in their schedule, interact well with the public, and be a team player. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing and at least two years of nursing experience.

Parking Lot Attendants
These are part-time seasonal summer positions. Depending on availability and town needs, there are some positions that extend into October. Workdays include day and/or night shifts, weekends and holidays. Parking Lot Attendants duties include assisting drivers in the parking lot while utilizing the automated payment system, proper insertion of their parking tickets and credit cards. Applicants must be at least 17 years of age and preferably hold a valid drivers license.

Community Relations Officer
These positions are responsible for patrolling the areas of Dock Square and Goose Rocks Beach. Applicants who excel at engaging with the public and are ready to spend their summer walking downtown or along the beach while enforcing the municipal ordinances are welcome to apply. The duties include but are not limited to parking violation enforcement as well as other town ordinance enforcement, community relations, and public assistance. Applicants for the positions of Community Relations/Municipal Ordinance must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Program Leader KASA (Parks and Recreation)
Kennebunkport After School Adventure has immediate openings for additional part-time staff members. The program runs from 2:45-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule: work one day or all five. The hourly rate is $12-14 per hour depending on qualifications. As this is a part-time position, there are no benefits or paid holidays. The Town of Kennebunkport is now accepting applications for the multiple seasonal positions. Do you love working with kids and teens? Have loads of energy and stamina? Feel ready to take your group management skills to the next level in an amazingly fun summer job? Our summer camps positions are the keystone to success and have the greatest potential to impact campers’ summer experience. All positions require careful attention to the physical and emotional safety of each camper. We value having divergent thinkers who bring various experiences and viewpoints to the table. The hourly rate is between $12-18 per hour depending on position you choose and qualifications. As these are temporary positions, there are no benefits or paid holidays.

Outdoor Adventure Assistant Guide (Summer Position)
The Town of Kennebunkport is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the Outdoor Adventure Program who has experience working with youth in varied outdoor education or adventure settings. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be able to constantly work in an outdoor setting, including but not limited to rain, wind, heat, humidity, etc.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and mentoring a group of 13 students from grades 7-9 while facilitating a diverse curriculum, including leadership development, outdoor skills training, environmental education and more. Teamwork is a key for this position since it requires to work with co-guide and a program leadership team.
