  1. With the addition of new members, Carol Laboissonniere will be resigning as Chair to devote time to the Pesticide/Fertilizer land use proposal.  Committee will appoint a new Chair.
  2. New member appointments for Karen Hall and Susi Wolf will occur at next Selectmen’s Meeting.
  3. Strategy for KCC involvement in the Goose Rocks Beach water quality issue.
  4. Discussion as to point person for the Town Climate Action plan.
  5. Discussion as to point person for interacting with Planning Board on reviewing/recommending Land Use Ordinances changes, post Beth Richardson’s resignation.
  6. Topics new chair may wish to table.
  7. Next meeting date to be decided at meeting since scheduled meeting date falls on holiday
