Building and Plumbing Payments
The Town of Kennebunkport Planning and Code Enforcement Department continues to accept online payments, as well as emailed building and plumbing permits. In office meetings or site visits are by appointment only, and can be scheduled by calling (207) 967-1605.

Step 2: Print out and fill in applicable information as thoroughly as possible including signature.
Step 3: Prior to submitting your application and plans for review, please review the items on the permit issuance checklist to ensure your application is complete and in compliance with local ordinances as well as IRC 2015.
Step 4: Make sure you attach electronically to your email all additional submissions that may be required (building plans, property survey, etc.)
Step 5: Submit them via email to the Code Enforcement Office.
Step 6: Once your permit has been approved and a permit fee amount has been given to you, you may proceed to the e-payments link and choose Building and Plumbing Payments to make a credit card payment or you can drop a check off at the office and the permit will be issued at that time. Please do not consider your permit issued until you have received email confirmation from this office with a copy of the issued permit.
