How do I look up the zone of my property and the setbacks for the zone?

The first step to determine the setbacks for your property is to look up the zone where your property is located. You can use the Town's online GIS system to look up your property address:

• Select Search Address
• Enter Address
• Click on Property Parcel
• Select Zoning Map from the Layers Tab
• Click on the + sign to the right of the check box and select General Zoning. 

All zones require different setbacks.  Once you have determined the Zone of your property, please refer to the Town's Zoning Regulations Summary.
