  1. Call to Order.
  2. 5:30 PM- Executive Session per MRSA 1, §405-6E to consult with town attorney regarding pending litigation with regard to recall petitions.
  3. Estimated 6:00 PM- Approve the December 22, 2021, selectmen meeting minutes.
  4. Public Forum (This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to address the Board of Selectmen with any issue that is not on the agenda).
  5. Annual Investment Presentation by H.M. Payson.
  6. Award bid for ANSI Certified Class 2 Jackets for the Fire Department.
  7. Capital Improvement Plan
  8. Review of correspondence from Norman Hanson DeTroy regarding School Board Recall Initiatives.
  9. Accept the following donations: 

    $250 donation from Helen McConnell to the Nurse’s account to assist with supplies, equipment, training, or any other needs.
    $1,000 from Atlantic Hall to the emergency fuel fund.

  10. Other Business
    1. Short-term rental update
  11. Approve the January 13, 2022, Treasurer’s Warrant.
  12. Adjournment.
