TOWN OF KENNEBUNKPORT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held at the Kennebunkport Village Fire Station at 32 North Street on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. by the Kennebunkport Board of Selectmen and Growth Planning Committee to take public comment on the following topics to be voted on by Referendum Ballot at the June 11, 2024, Annual Town Meeting.

  1. Amendment to the Land Use Ordinance – Compliance with State Law LD 2003
  2. Amendment to the Floodplain Management Ordinance – Updated coverage maps

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for inspection at the office of the Town Clerk and on the Town’s website at https://www.kennebunkportme.gov/town-clerk/pages/elections-and-voting
