Chair Yoga for Seniors

When: Thursday mornings, Nov. 14th- Dec. 19th 11:30am-12:30pm (no class on Nov. 28th-Thanksgiving)
Where: Rec Building, 20 Recreation Way in Kennebunkport. Right next to Kennebunkport Consolidated School.
How much: This class has a suggested donation of $10 per class or $50 for the entire 5 week session. Donations of any amount are welcome. You may register now for free but payment for entire session is due at first class. Please register no later than November 11th.
*If you are unable to pay for the entire session at the first class you may speak to Mindy at the first class and pay per class if needed.
