Please be advised as of April 1, 2022, the Town will resume charging convenience fees for all online transactions. Please use the links below.
- Birth Records (Complete the form on the link and mail to the address at the bottom of the page along with a check payable to the Town of Kennebunkport.)
- Boat Registration NEW (Email sales paperwork along with a phone number where you can be reached to rwills@kennebunkportme.gov or awilliamson@kennebunkportme.gov. We will call you once the transaction has been processed to discuss payment options. Your registration will be mailed to you after receipt of payment.
- Building and Plumbing If your permit has been approved and a permit fee amount has been given to you, click here (Please email a copy of your receipt to afortier@kennebunkportme.gov).
- Death Records (Complete the form on the link and mail to the address at the bottom of the page along with a check payable to the Town of Kennebunkport.)
- Fire Permits (Permits can be issued only during rainy days and after 5 PM to limit problems as our resources are stretched. Permits can be issued over the phone by calling 207-967-2454. People will be given a 6 Digit Permit Number and will need to keep that with them while burning.)
- Marriage Licenses (Contact Audrey at 207-967-1611 or Tracey at 207-967-1610 to make arrangements to obtain a marriage license.)

- Miscellaneous (Any other payment types not included in specified categories.)
