Memorial Day Parade

MEMORIAL DAY PARADE

Time: 9:30 AM

Parade Route: Starts at Masonic Hall on Temple Street, turns right onto Maine St, right again onto Spring Street, a momentary stop at the Kennebunk River Bridge for the 21 Gun Naval Salute, continues into Kennebunk to Coopers Corner (Routes 9 and 35) and does a U-turn returning again to Dock Square for the full ceremony.

Shortly after, at the conclusion of the event in Dock Square, there is a smaller version of the parade and events in Cape Porpoise around 11:30 AM (+/-).

Note:  Prior to the beginning of the parade, we will close School, Maine, and Spring Streets temporarily to transport the band from Consolidated School.  Once the parade turns onto Spring Street, Spring Street is shut down the whole duration of the parade.
