MONTHLY REPORT
   August 3 – September 6, 2006

Services being provided: home-based services; consultation; emergency services; family and individual treatment.
Client contacts total: 73*      In-person Contacts: 20             Other contacts: 53

*This represents 17 work days due to vacation and sick time taken.
  
CURRENT PROJECTS:

·       I have continued to spend significant time developing new forms for recording client information and catching up on paper work as well as having frequent client contacts.

MEETINGS/ COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES/ EDUCATION:

·       I attended Kennebunk Department Head meetings.
·       I put on a luncheon at my home for the KHS seniors that were a part of girls group before they departed for college.   
·       I met with Theresa D’Andrea, the outreach coordinator for the Maine Parent Federation, to learn more about their resources and services.
·       I chaired meetings of the York County Prevention Collaborative Coordinating Council.
·       I met with First Lady Karen Baldacci and Susan Savell from the Children’s Cabinet at the Parent Resource Center in Springvale to discuss youth and family needs in York County.
·       I attended a meeting at the Maine Psychological Trauma Institute of the planning group for the Community Network Forum on “Creating a Culture of Tolerance: Bullying-moving from Policy to Implementation”.  MSK’s pilot bullying prevention program will be represented at this forum.
·       I attended a York County Case Review meet and greet at DHHS in Biddeford.  The meeting was arranged to allow community providers to meet and ask questions of the committee members.
·       I attended another meeting to update and revise the PERC curriculum in order to prepare for my class this fall.
·       I have been invited by the RE director at the South Congregational Church to offer an introductory forum on PERC to their congregants in October.
·       I met with Jenn Clapp to plan for a Turn Beauty Inside Out (TBIO) advanced class for the many girls that have already attended the TBIO introduction class and want to go further with it.
·       I attended the United Way Nurturing Children and Youth meeting.
·       I met with Emily Rines, director of CHCC, to plan for marketing the OSA grant and C4C&Y to the community this fall.
·       I continued to assist a KHS graduate with some college paperwork.
·       I facilitated girls’ discussion group.
