Selectmen attending: Stuart E. Barwise, Allen A. Daggett, Mathew J. Lanigan, Sheila Matthews-Bull, and D. Michael Weston
Others: Larry Mead and Arlene McMurray
1. Call to Order.
Chairman Daggett called the meeting to order at 9:06 a.m.
2. Consideration of the December 28, 2009, Treasurer’s Warrant.
Motion by Selectman Lanigan, seconded by Selectman Barwise, to
approve the December 28, 2009, Treasurer’s Warrant. Vote: 5-0.
3. Other business.
Selectman Lanigan asked Mr. Mead about the status of the Goose Rocks Beach litigation. Mr. Mead responded that the first round of discovery arrived.
4. Adjournment.
Motion by Selectman Lanigan, seconded by Selectman Barwise, to adjourn the meeting. Vote: 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 9:16 a. m.
