Meeting Minutes March 9, 2005

Attending: Bill Leffler, Ted Baker, Jackie Kellett, Dick Leeman
The meeting was called to order at 3PM.
Bill presented a draft of the report he has been preparing for the selectmen and inclusion in the town’s annual report. Bill will coordinate with Nathan Poore and Arlene to make sure the report is appropriate and submitted in a timely fashion.
Because the report generated by the committee may signal an end to our work by some, the selectmen created the committee and until they disband it, the committee will continue to meet. There is always work to be done.
The meeting adjourned at 4:30
