The Kennebunkport Health Officer has the responsibility to ensure that all State laws, rules of the Department of Human Services and local health ordinances are enforced. All complaints will be addressed by the Public Health nurses and referred to the appropriate agency. These complaints include communicable diseases, water quality, food safety, and sanitation.
