Site Plan Review Application Fee, Non-Subdivision:
1) $100.00 for buildings/structures up to 2,500 sq. ft.,
PLUS $50 for each additional 1,000 sq. ft., up to a max of $500.
2) $100 for posting the Public Hearing notice in the Journal Tribune
3) $6.20 per abutter within 200' radius for postage
In addition, the Applicant is required to pay for the cost of any legal fees or professional services incurred by the Board in processing the application.
Site Plan Review Application Fee, Subdivision:
Sketch Plan: $250.00 fee.
Preliminary Plan: $1,000.00, plus $250.00 per lot or dwelling unit. In addition, the applicant is required to pay any and all postage fees for abutter notification(s) ($6.20 per abutter), postage fees for mailing to Planning Board members (7) and consultants SMRPC and Woodard & Curran (2) ($4.95 x 9), Legal Notice of Public Hearing fee ($100 x 2), as well as $2,000.00 plus $250.00 per lot or dwelling unit to cover the cost of any professional services incurred by the Board in processing the application, to be held in escrow by the Town and replenished when drawn down by 75%.
Final Plan: $1,000.00, plus $250.00 per lot or dwelling unit. In addition, the applicant is required to pay any and all postage fees for abutter notification(s), Legal Notice of Public Hearing fee, as well as the cost of any professional services incurred by the Board in processing the application.
