1. Building Permit Application (fully completed)
2. Deed or Proof of Ownership (if other than property owner, a letter of authorization)
3. Plot Plan or Survey
4. Detailed Construction Plan
5. Septic Plan (must be less than two (2) years old) OR a Sewer Connection Application, completed and approved by Sewer Superintendent Allan Moir (967-2245)
6. $250.00 fee (as of March 2006)
