1. Call to Order.
2. Approve the November 18, 2010, selectmen meeting minutes.
3. Public Forum (This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to
address the Board of Selectmen with any issue that is not on the
agenda).
4. Appoint April Dufoe as Registrar of Voters for a two-year term.
5. Update on RSU 21 Cost Sharing Committee.
6. Presentation by Highway Superintendent John Hirst on various highway department operations.
7. Approve the 2011 Waste Hauling Permits.
8. Consider street opening permit for the Tides Inn Beach Club, 252 Kings Highway for installation of a new sprinkler system.
9. Accept $800 donation from the Kennebunkport Resident’s Association for the Kennebunkport Emergency Food and Fuels Program.
10. Selectmen to discuss fiscal year 2012 budget suggestions, requests, and priorities.
11. Consider appointment to High School Building Committee and discussion of Consolidated School building improvements.
12. Consideration of the December 9, 2010, Treasurer’s Warrant.
13. Adjournment.
