1. Call to Order.
2. Approve May 13 and 20, 2004, meeting minutes.
3. Public Forum (This is an opportunity for anyone who wants to address the Board of Selectmen with any issue that is not on the agenda.)
4. Public Hearing – Victualers’ License Applications.
5. Appointment of Tree Warden – Conservation Shade Tree Committee recommends Rick Griffin.
6. Request from Police Chief to accept two grants.
A. Seatbelt enforcement and education grant from the Department of Public Safety.
B. Thermal imager and training from the Department of the Army.
7. Review and consider a policy for fire fighter insurance coverage.
8. Award a bid to construct a Waste Water Treatment Plant project for sludge handling and year round chlorination and dechlorination.
9. Request from Christine Baker to introduce an ordinance proposal that would ban genetically modified crops.
10. Review and approve the Dock Square Parking Lot budget.
11. Review and approve an inter-local agreement with the Town of Kennebunk for Youth Services.
12. Status report on the Comprehensive Plan.
13. Accept two separate donations for benches to be located on Parson’s Way.
14. Executive session per 1 M.R.S.A. 405 ss. 6.E to review pending litigation matters.
15. Other business and communications.
16. Consideration of the May 27, 2004, Treasurer’s Warrant.
17. Adjourn.
