1) 80502 Seaside Hotel Associates, d/b/a The Nonantum Resort – Site Plan Review – Findings of Fact to be read for approval of added decking to the inside of the pool area to increase seating – [95 Ocean Ave, identified as Assessor’s Tax Map 08, Block 001, Lots 13 & 13A in the Riverfront, Resource Protection and Shoreland Zones as well as the Critical Edge]
2) 80503 Sheng-Ju Hsieh and Yi-Ru Hsieh/ Scott G. Lewis, Authorized Agent – Site Plan Review – Findings of Fact to be read for a modification to a previously approved subdivision to increase a building envelope by 16.9% - [Lot #7 of Lynnfield Woods Subdivision, identified as Assessor’s Tax Map 21, Block 004, Lot 23H in the Free Enterprise Zone.
3) 80302 Kennebunk River Club/ Childs Engineering Corporation and Richard Beckwith, Authorized Agents - Site Plan Review – Continued Initial Review for approval to replace the existing foundation, bulkhead and float anchor pilings. The existing structure will be moved 100’ to the east while the new foundation is being constructed and returned to its original location once the work is completed - [116 Ocean Ave, Assessor’s Tax Map 08, Block 001, Lots 11 & 23 in the Riverfront, Resource Protection & Shoreland Zones and within the Critical Edge overlay area]
4) CDMK, LLC Properties/ Mitchell & Associates, Authorized Agent – Site Plan Review – Public Hearing for approval of a Club House, which is part of the subdivision plan of the proposed “Olde Port Village” 82-unit subdivision with a condominium form of ownership on an 86.97-acre parcel of land between North and School Streets – [49 & 51 North Street, Tax Assessor’s Map 12, Block 005, Lots 21, 21A & 22 in the Village Residential & Free Enterprise Zones]
